THE STORY
Hillside Residence underwent a carefully considered renovation and extension, transforming the home into a brighter, more
open and highly functional family home.
The project focused on creating a more generous open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with improved flow, natural light and connection throughout.
THE CHALLENGE
The existing layout felt enclosed and lacked the space, connection and functionality needed for contemporary family living. Externally, the cladding, roofing and windows also required a complete refresh.
OUR SOLUTION
We extended the kitchen, dining and lounge zones, rebuilt the kitchen and introduced new fixtures and finishes. New cladding, roofing and windows transformed the exterior, while a new bathroom and upgraded office improved everyday function.
