Andrew Pfeiffer
SITE FOREMAN
Andrew brings 25 years of industry experience, including more than 10 years with South Beach Building. A former aircraft engineer turned highly skilled carpenter, he combines technical precision with a remarkable ability to identify challenges early and resolve them calmly—often before they are even noticed.

Thomas Wilson
LEADING HAND CARPENTER
With 12 years in the trade and six years at South Beach Building, Tom leads our carpentry team and supports the development of our junior carpenters and apprentices. Dependable, detail-focused and committed to getting every element right, Tom plays an essential role in maintaining the high standard of workmanship across every project.

Ben Hibbins
APPRENTICE CARPENTER
Now approaching the completion of his apprenticeship, Ben has spent the past three years developing his skills as part of the South Beach Building team. He has a natural aptitude for framing, a strong awareness of site safety and a respectful, considered approach to everyone he works with. Away from the tools, Ben coaches local football and enjoys keeping active.
Sebastian Allan
SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICE
Sebastian is completing the first year of his school based apprenticeship while continuing his studies. He assists with site preparation, helps keep each project safe and organised, and is always willing to support the team wherever needed. His initiative, positive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn have impressed us from day one.
